War begins when an Antarean carrier battle group demolished an island off the coast of Orion. The Antares Imperium planned attacks in order to diminish Orion’s economy. The Antares Imperium has occupied an entire continent while the Orion Republic takes no notice of their conquest. Naturally, political opposition and resistance forces would arise but were often suppressed quickly.Īcross the ocean, the Orion Republic remains the world’s greatest economic superpower. The emperor of the Antares Imperium, Aran Tau, fearing political corruption due to influences from other nations, decides to conquer neighboring states in the hopes of creating a country where everyone shares the same opinion.
